 Like it, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Orbelle 0-3T Michelle Crib N Bed, Espresso (Baby Product) Had some issues receiving this product, not sure what happened there.I originally received only 1 package out of 2 of this product, contacted Amazon 3 times via e-mail. First 2 times were very disappointing that they first reassured me that I will get it the next day, and then when shipment did not come, they told me it's "temporarily out of order". I was pretty upset when I received the 2nd message, questioned how I could receive 1 package out of 2 when it's "out of oder". Luckily I was able to get a good response from Amazon representative by the 3rd time, (all 3 were dealt with different cumster service representatives) they quickly sent me another shipment without charge. (Express delivery the next day) So all in all, I still have a lot of faith in ordering form Amazon. Now, onto the product itself: It's pretty nice, but you have to realize that you cannot separate the changer from the crib, they are attached after you assemble them. So you have no option...
