Called the seller and ask for a replacement the seller claimed that by law they cannot take the item back and that I needed to contact the manufacture. I called Coleman industries the maker of Aero Bed products and they stated to me that the seller DealYard was not authorized to sell Aero Bed products and that Coleman Insdustries would not replace the item under the one year warranty. The only thing Coleman industries will do is replace the item as a one time courtesy and that if the replacement item becomes defective that I can no longer get additonal warranty help. It's great that it's raised, and I have been using it as my only bed now for a few months. I put it on the hardwood floor on a blanket, and use a mattress pad under the sheets for extra protection. every night 1 or 2 people plus 1 large dog and 2 cats sleep on it, and I have not had any problems. I hardly ever have to fill it, it doesn't lose much air over time at all. It's the best air mattress I've ever had. Especially considering one of my dog's favorite things to do is run into the bedroom at full tilt and jump on the bed, then turn around and leap off of the bed back into the dining room :P. |
